Had an awesome time with friends! We really enjoyed the beach and the pool. The drinks were great, and we loved the scuba diving and windsurfing activities available. The evenings were fun too, with the lively nightclub and outdoor tennis courts. Perfect for a memorable vacation!
Unfortunately, I was let down by the food quality during our stay. Some of my friends got sick, and it really affected our time there.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant. While the pool and beach area were lovely, the food was quite repetitive and low quality, with issues like cold dishes and synthetic drinks. The noise from entertainment made things uncomfortable at times.

This place truly provides everything families need—our kids loved the daily entertainment activities like the beach volleyball and nightly shows. The food options were fantastic, from the various international cuisines to the local Egyptian delicacies. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
My wife says that the restaurant dining setup could be better for families, as it gets a bit crowded during peak hours.

The housekeeping staff impressed with their friendliness and creativity, transforming towels into charming shapes like swans. Seasonal dishes were consistently good, enhancing the dining experience. However, some service inconsistencies emerged. we faced unresponsive bartenders and notable favoritism towards regular guests, which detracted from our overall satisfaction. Additionally, communication during check-in was frustrating, as we initially received rooms with inadequate views that took effort to resolve.

The diverse dining options were delightful and met my work-related needs effectively.

Good service and plenty of activities, but room cleanliness needs improvement.

The beach was absolutely beautiful, and I felt like royalty every time I ordered food. Mr Ebrahim at check-in was like my personal concierge, a true gem!
However, the decor screamed vintage—like a museum without the charm! Waiting at the pool bar was like waiting for a bus in the rain.

We enjoyed the stunning lagoons for snorkeling and relaxed by the pool. The themed food nights were a highlight, and the beach vibe was fantastic. Definitely check out the nighttime entertainment and the health club. The servers were super friendly and attentive. Overall, a great place for a vacation.
We did hit a snag with room assignments. We booked a triple room but got a double with an uncomfortable sofa bed. It wasn’t ideal for our group and affected our sleep.

We enjoyed our stay, particularly the warm welcome from the staff. The beach was a hit with the kids, and we loved the variety of activities available. Make sure to explore the snorkeling. it’s fantastic! However, securing sunbeds early is crucial for a good spot.

The food was tasty, and the staff were super friendly, which made everything better. Don’t miss the chance to relax at the health club and try out some watersports when you visit. Great value overall!
The only downside was the wifi situation. it was only free in the reception area, which was a bit inconvenient for us.

I enjoyed my stay at Azur in Hurghada. The location is fantastic—right by the beach, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The diverse dining options impressed me. Each day featured a specific theme, keeping meals interesting. I found the staff friendly and eager to help, especially during meal times. The animation team provided fun activities, ensuring there was always something to do. However, the food quality could be better. A few dishes seemed unappetizing, and some guests had health issues, which affected my enjoyment. The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected. Also, I noticed some guests reserving sunbeds early in the morning, which made it challenging to find a place to relax later in the day. These aspects detracted from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
